A red fail means something is missing entirely - a meta description, a canonical URL, an og:image. These have a direct negative impact and should be fixed. An amber warning means something is present but not quite right. These are optimisation opportunities rather than critical errors.
Fixable Issues only shows checks where we can provide copyable code - things like a missing meta tag or absent schema. Amber warnings like a title being too long are content decisions only you can make. All Clear means there is nothing we can hand you code to fix right now, even if amber guidance items exist.
